You don't have to be on a world stage in order to be world class..! Equally it is impossible to have a good customer experience without people who like coming to work. Similarly if you are small business turning over €100k you need to be in the company of businesses turning over €500k. If you are turning over €1 million you need to be in the company of entrepreneurs achieving €3-5 million etc... All learning for each others triumphs and mistakes.
